To fix it I remove it from the webdav server, then republish it. I might not notice for a day or two (changes to the calendar are not very frequent). ![]() This appears to stop the auto-update process. Since they don't have the credentials they either call me or usually they cancel out of the screen. The process works well except that every once in a while other users will get this screen asking for login crendentials: When the calendar is updated by someone after a few minutes it gets auto uploaded via my computer to the webdav server. ![]() The publishing was done from my computer via Outlook 2010. This calendar is published to a webdav server so that non-exchange people can view it. We have a public folder on our exchange server that houses a calendar.
